- Delury is full of it. A wrong interpretation of motive gave him a wrong view of the entire scenario. NK wants the U.S. out of there and wants the mutual aid agreement with SK voided. NK wants the penensula united under the Chosun flag, with him in the catbird seat.

- To handle NK we have to do our diplomacy as if we were an Asian country of the 18th Century. Let NK know through their own channels that they cannot approach us unless they do this or that and in the meantime deny all aid. We also convince other countries to not provide aid and cooperate fully.
